Baildon Town Council can confirm that Baildon Library will remain open in the Ian Clough Hall building after the 31st of March 2020. However, efforts are on-going by both Bradford Council and Baildon Town Council, to find a suitable alternative for the library service. The ground floor, of the Ian Clough Building, will still be closing on the 31st of March 2020.

Baildon Town Council has also received confirmation from Bradford Council, that their current lease to run a hybrid library with Bradford Library Services, will be extended to the 31st of March 2021.

Baildon Town Council will work positively with Bradford Council, to continue the library service within Baildon beyond 2020.
