Annual Town Meeting

The Annual meeting of Baildon Town Council takes place on Wednesday the 9th of May from 7pm at Ian Clough Hall.

Come along and meet your local Councillors and browse our stalls. Speak to representatives from Bracken Hall, Baildon Library, Farmers Market, Baildon Buddies, our Environmental Warden and West Yorkshire Police.

Council Vacancy in the South East Ward

Council Vacancy in the South East Ward

Due to the resignation of Councillor Mathew Ward, a vacancy has arisen in the South East Ward of Baildon Town Council. The vacancy notice will be displayed from the 5th to the 25th of April and an electronic version can be found attached to this news item.

Easter Egg Run

Easter Egg Run

On Sunday 25th March the annual Easter Egg run organised by Shipley Harley Davidson Club left from Baildon in convoy to deliver Easter Eggs to the Children's Ward at BRI and then to Riding for the Disabled based near Haworth.

Over 40 bikes met in the Village, with riders coming from all over Yorkshire, to deliver hundreds of eggs to both groups of children.
