Neighbourhood Forum at St Hugh's, Coach Road Wed 18 July 7pm to discuss bus service changes

There will be a special Neighbourhood Forum about the bus service to be held at St Hugh's, Coach Road on Wednesday 18th July at 7pm. It will be facilitated by the ward officer, Paula Truman. All welcome to discuss with the bus company the recent change to Tiger buses and the changes to the timetable for bus numbers 675 and 633.

Baildon Scarecrow Festival Saturday 8 September 2018

Baildon Scarecrow Festival will be on Saturday 8 September this year. The theme is fictional characters. If you would like to enter a scarecrow or sponsor a mini scarecrow please print, complete and return the attached form.

No entry fee is charged but Baildon in Bloom, who run the festival, would very much appreciate your support as this is their only fundraising event.

Grants available for Great Get Together/Big Lunch activities Round 2

This year Bradford Council is able to award small grants to support local Great Get Together/Big Lunch activities and events across the Bradford district.

Domestic Abuse App - Information from West Yorkshire Police

West Yorkshire Police have sent through details of an app which can provide advice around domestic violence issues, this is available in English, Urdu, Polish and Punjabi.

Once loaded onto the phone the app looks like a weather app, but behind the tile it offers advice and support including help lines.

Baildon Moor Reservoirs - Environment Agency

Baildon Town Council have raised concerns over the situation at Baildon Moor Reservoirs on numerous occasions with Bradford Council, recently inviting Arthur Edwick to a meeting to discuss the concerns. Baildon Town Council held its first full council meeting of the council year on May 14th 2018. At that meeting it was resolved unanimously that Baildon Town Council supports the formation of a Town / Parish Council for Shipley
