Cllr Joseph Kean
As a previous elected councillor for South West Ward who only left last year due to work commitments and two out-of-area contracts, I'm a happy resident of the Higher Coach Road Estate, and I am currently a County Services Manager for a national charity, Change Grow Live, that supports people with multiple and complex needs (homelessness, mental health, drugs and alcohol, offending etc). As a researcher and published academic author, a person with lived experience, and currently West Yorkshire Police vetted, I have no particular party affiliation – I just like people and dislike disparity.
